Planning to Succeed Agritourism East

This collaborative project is delivered on behalf of Scottish Enterprise Rural Team and involves a core group of tourism organisations. We piloted the programme in Royal Deeside and now working with a dynamic group of ladies in the East Coast of Scotland over a three year period.

Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival Limited

Running successfully for over10 years, the festival Board of Directors invited us to facilitate their strategy workshop two years running which focused on realigning their vision, restructuring the company, succession planning, recruitment and action planning. We subsequently produced an Organisational Review report.

Monachyle Mhor

A long term client, this growing family business has a portfolio of companies including their award winning hotel and restaurant, farm, tea-room, bakery and fish shop. Our support has focused on a range of activities from delivering an internationalisation strategy workshop, yield management, 1-2-1 coaching, e-blast campaigns, sales and event planning.

Meldrum House Hotel and Golf Club

Beverly was invited to undertake a diagnostic of the business which led to producing a detailed five year business plan with cash flow projections. To facilitate the next stage, she helped recruit their new Managing Director and presented plans to their Bank. The hotel’s development now includes the addition of 14 bedrooms.

Glasgow Art Fair

Responsible for their market research from 2004-9, the funders of this event received customer feedback through online and hard copy surveys incorporated into a full report with specific recommendations where applicable.

Virtual Researcher

Our Associate Hugh provided a comprehensive analysis of current market and academic research exploring the trends and benefits of the gastro-pub market in Scotland. This provided the basis for one of our Highland clients as they relaunch their business to address changing market demands.
